The Action Network meets up with Rev. Paulo Dias, pastor at St. John XXIII parish in Redford, MI, a priest who pours his soul and tears into the Divine Mercy Chaplet.
Fr. Paulo describes Purgatory and how the power of prayers of the faithful help souls in purgatory attain heaven.
Jesus appeared to St. Faustina as King of Divine Mercy at her convent cell in Poland, February 22, 1931, proclaiming His great Mercy for us all!
Prayed on ordinary rosary beads, The Chaplet of The Divine Mercy is an intercessory prayer with 4 great promises to those who pray it:
The promise of Jesus’ defense at death
The promise of Mercy at the hour of death
Last hope of salvation of sinners
The promise to answer prayers and unimaginable graces
Listen to Father talk about what the Divine Mercy Chaplet can do in your life!

In my mind, praying for the Poor Souls in Purgatory is akin to boosting someone over a high wall to safety, and then, once they reach Heaven, they reach their hand down to lift us atop that wall.
