Nowhere is the difference between the Harris-Walz and Trump-Vance tickets more pronounced than on the issue of a secure border.
Vice president Kamala Harris knows this, and after three years of mismanaging the surge of illegal immigrants into the country, she is suddenly promising to go tough on border security.
"[Trump] talks a big game about border security but he does not walk the walk," she gaslighted attendees at a recent rally, desperately trying to deflect.
"Why did you allow all the border materials ROT instead of installing it? Why do you endorse sanctuary cities? Why haven't you spoken to the families of illegal immigrant crime sprees? WHY HAVE YOU ALLOWED 100 TERRORISTS INTO THE COUNTRY?" — online commenter
But more and more, Americans are waking up to the lies of the Democrats and their Marxist media puppets.

HARRIS-WALZ TICKET
Under a Harris-Walz regime, the unbridled, unvetted crossing of millions and millions of illegal aliens over the southern border – the invasion – will continue.
Many, like Dr. Ben Carson, former HUD secretary under Trump, understand that the chaotic situation at the border will not only continue, but get worse. In a recent interview with Tucker Carlson, Carson said that if Harris is elected president, "All the things that we see happening [under the current administration], you can put those on steroids."
The harbinger of potential things to come can be seen in a promise – or a threat, depending on how you look at it – Harris made on Friday in Arizona.
During a rally in Glendale, the failed 2020 Democratic presidential candidate declared her intentions to officially pardon the 11 to 22 million immigrants who have entered the US illegally under her watch (the majority, military-aged men).
She vowed to sign legislation as president that would have these millions of illegal aliens securing naturalized American citizenship – and the privileges thereof, including voting in federal elections, access to social services and benefits, and sponsoring parents and siblings for family reunification visas.

The blanket amnesty, which Harris referred to at the rally as "comprehensive reform," would have widespread dreadful consequences for native born, working class Americans.
It would immediately fill the nation's workforce with millions of newly-legalized foreign workers competing against blue collar American families, already struggling to put food on the table and filling up their car tanks in the Biden-Harris economy.
Harris' bold declaration, should it come to pass, would fulfill Obama's promise to "fundamentally transform the United States" that he thundered sixteen years ago, prior to his election.

Harris also declared that, as part of her comprehensive plan, she wants "strong border security," leaving many scratching their heads about what that really means, given her derelict management of the US-Mexican border during her tenure as vice president.
But many more see it as a thinly veiled attempt to appeal to a broader base by – all of a sudden – mouthing tough-on-immigration rhetoric. It contrasts starkly to Trump’s years-long approach, consistently focused on border security and immigration issues.
GOP vice presidential candidate J.D. Vance summed up Harris’ various personas in an interview on Sunday:
"She pretends to be one thing in front of one audience. She pretends to be something different in front of another audience … [s]he's not running a political campaign. She's running a movie. She only speaks to voters behind a teleprompter. Everything is scripted.
She doesn't have her policy positions out there. She hasn't answered why she wanted to ban fracking, but now she doesn't. She wanted to defund the police, but now she doesn't. She wanted to open the border, but now she doesn't.
She should have to answer for why she presents a different set of policies to one audience and a different set of policies to another audience."
FAILED BORDER CZAR
On March 24, 2021, Biden officially tasked Harris "to lead our efforts with Mexico and the Northern Triangle" in "stemming the migration to our southern border."
This move quickly earned her the moniker of "border czar" by the media. The Washington Post indicated that the president was "giving her the lead role on the overall border and regional issue."
Given her failed efforts to protect the country by controlling the surge of immigrants at the US-Mexico border, it's no wonder that Harris' campaign – and its camp-following media – are distancing themselves from it.
Indeed, on her watch, Customs and Border Protection has recorded roughly 10 million illegal immigrant "encounters" nationwide, and more than 8 million "encounters" at the Southwest border.
Add to those numbers approximately 2 million known "gotaways" who have evaded border patrol agents since late 2021.
Put another way, on Harris' watch, illegal crossings by those from Mexico and Northern Triangle countries currently exceed those during Trump's entire administration by a whopping 140%.
TRUMP-VANCE TICKET
Despite Harris' waffling, Trump has posted a list of 20 unambiguous platform goals on his webpage. To give context to his goals regarding the border, below are the top ten promises he has made to the American people – three of which are directly related to the Biden-Harris border crisis. Seal the border and stop the migrant invasion.
Carry out the largest deportation operation in American history.
End inflation, and make America affordable again.
Make America the dominant energy producer in the world, by far.
Stop outsourcing, and turn the United States into a Manufacturing Superpower.
Large tax cuts for workers, and no tax on tips.
Defend our Constitution, our Bill of Rights, and our fundamental freedoms, including freedom of speech, freedom of religion, and the right to keep and bear arms.
Prevent World War Three, restore peace in Europe and in the Middle East, and build a great iron dome missile defense shield over our entire country – all made in America.
End the weaponization of government against the American people.
Stop the migrant crime epidemic, demolish the foreign drug cartels, crush gang violence, and lock up violent offenders.
"Stop the bleeding. Stop the open border. Get Kamala Harris out of there," J.D. Vance said.
Vice presidential candidate Vance fleshed out the GOP platform and put the blame for the deplorable border situation squarely on Harris' shoulders.
In an interview with ABC on Sunday, he said. "We have to start with the fact that we have a wide-open southern border because our border czar set a lot of open border policies."
"She had control over a lot of our border policy at a time when they [the Biden administration] were suspending deportations. They stopped Donald Trump's remain-in- Mexico policy, and re-instituted catch-and-release. They basically threw open the gates of our country and now we have a ton of fentanyl and a ton of people suffering ... "
ABC pushed back, saying deporting 15-20 million people is unrealistic. "You're going to knock on doors and ask people for their papers?" the interviewer asked.
But Vance was undeterred:
"This is the wrong attitude towards it, right? There's 20 million people here illegally. You start with what's achievable. You do that, and then you go onto what's achievable from there.
If you deport a lot of violent criminals and frankly if you make it harder to hire illegal labor, which undercuts the wages of American workers, I think you go a lot of the way to solving the illegal immigration problem."
"President Trump is absolutely right. You cannot have a border unless you're willing to deport some people," he added.
But first we must, "Stop the bleeding. Stop the open border. Get Kamala Harris out of there," he underscored.
CAVEAT
Illegal immigration is often portrayed as a victimless crime. But it isn't. Everyone is affected, including the illegal immigrants themselves, who are being duped by the Democratic Party with false claims of compassion, and used for political gain.
And for the families and friends of victims who have been raped, killed, assaulted or robbed by those who are in this country illegally – a crime to begin with, albeit aided and abetted by the Biden-Harris regime – the consequences can be devastating.
In addition, providing those who commit criminal acts with the protection of sanctuary cities – or blanket amnesty – exacerbates the problem and spreads fear and divisiveness throughout the land.
In late July, on the "White Dudes for Harris" Zoom call, Minnesota governor Tim Walz, now Harris' running mate, stated that "one person's socialism is another person's neighborliness."
More than one observer has noted that the comment reveals Walz's profound ignorance of socialism, or an outright lie intended to spellbind Americans into conflating the two.
"Socialism and neighborliness are wholly mutually exclusive propositions," writes Daniel Pilla in the National Review. Neighborliness is voluntary. Socialism is coerced, he emphasizes.
This is the key difference between the Harris-Walz and Trump-Vance tickets.
