5: Putting the Man in Humanism (Desiderius Erasmus)

Souls and Liberty

He founded no denomination; he didn't have followers; he didn't really start anything or believe in anything all that much — but, he had a great, and poisonous, influence on Western thought. And, he can be considered an intellectual father of the Protestant Revolt. What was his name? Well ... we don't know — but he called himself Desiderius Erasmus. Join Charles Hornbacher (real name, no gimmicks) as he explains everything!
